Chunks of bread, a bit stale is best
Tuscan Kale, chopped well
Tomatoes, chopped
Fresh Mozzarella hunks
Fresh Basil, chopped well
Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Fresh cracked pepper
